The power cable

Power lines are wires that transmit current. Usually, the mode of current transmission is point-to-point transmission. The power line can be divided into AC power line and DC power line according to the purpose. Usually, the AC power line is the wire rod passing through the AC with higher voltage. Because of the high voltage, this kind of wire rod needs a unified standard to obtain the safety certification before it can be officially produced. The DC line basically passes through DC with lower voltage, so the safety requirements are not as strict as AC line, but for safety reasons, countries still require unified safety certification.
